Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is clean and neat. The staff help me with an early check in and upgraded my room which is very spacious. The room is true to picture as shown. Room is clean, neat and doesnt smell. The coffee table area is my favourite work place after a day. The also have 2 free washing machine and dryer in the fitness center at B1 to use which is really thoughtful.

Personal thanks for Dwyane who helped me a lot with my room, he was so kind and helped me to switch on air conditioner of the whole hotel and also changed my room with open window room. Room was quite large and clean. Reception staff speak English quite well and very polite. Welcome drinks and snacks were available in the lobby. Personal thanks for omlet station cheff who speaks English very well and cooks very well omlet. Also I would recommend hamburger at this hotel, it was delicious.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. It’s near to the expo (10-15 min walking distance). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has everything you need (small gym, breakfast, very well equipped rooms) We even got an upgrade and had an amazing, very big room!! Will definitely book this hotel again for our next work trip to Shanghai

EXCELENTE servicio. The moment I got there I was welcomed, staff tried their best to make me feel comfortable in Shanghai. The room's bed is super comfortable, slippers and robe were available. Bathroom and shower well equipped.

Hotel is brand new and modernly decorated. Rooms are big and beds and pillows are great. The bathroom and especially the shower are very good. Staff are gentle and professional. All good.
